#2 - What type of Au Pair do we want? Where do we begin? - $200

Once you've decided to be a Host Family, all matching services begin with a Host Family Consultation (1hr video call) to gain a detailed understanding of your needs.

Following the call, we will provide you with an Au Pair Search Criteria Profile outlining the key characteristics of your ideal Au Pair including hard/ soft skills, demographic preferences, personality traits, parenting philosophy, and your personal "non negotiables". This will serve as your family's search guidebook, whether you partner with us for Matching Services or conduct your own search.

Select families will be extended an invitation for our Matching Service.

#3 - Invitation Only: Find me an AuPair Matching Service - $1400*

Give us the dirty work of vetting thousands of Au Pairs to present you with up to 3 "best fit" profiles for your family. We will only present you with profiles we would want to welcome into our own home and that have been thoroughly vetted through multiple rounds of video interviews and questioning against your specific criteria. We aspire to find a mutual match on our first attempt.

A successful match requires a family who is responsive, receptive to input, and transparent in communicating their feedback constructively. Because the search process is so intensive, we limit the number of families we work with at one time and cannot guarantee services to every family that reaches out.

#4 - Welcome Home Au Pair! Arrival & Integration Coaching for Full 1st Year - $500*

Congratulations on finding an Au Pair! Now it's time to welcome them into your home. Start your year off right to avoid a rematch and maximize happiness for your whole household.
