Meet the Founder- Lisa Bartolucci
Hello! I'm Lisa, a current host mom (that's me with our 2 most recent Au Pairs above) with a decade of experience selecting, coaching, and building lifelong relationships with our family's Au Pairs and nannies. It has been one of my greatest joys to witness my four children be so lovingly cared for and see our family "grow" - both in size and heart- through these experiences. My husband and I have become better parents, professionals and partners because of this program. I want the same for every family I work with.
Professionally, I have been lucky to build the skills for this job over the last 15+ years. I have deep business experience as a management consultant building teams of premier talent across the globe. I have spent the last 7 years as an executive coach sharpening my personality assessment, interviewing, conflict resolution, and life coaching skills for so many purposes in and outside of business.
Welcome Home is a "coming together" of my personal and professional journeys to help families unlock their own happiness, ENJOYING the Au Pair experience to its fullest. I am so excited to start the journey with you.
I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
